Invest in Dreams

Pledge $4,000 per year for four years and transform a Scholar’s life.

Your pledge will fund closing the gap between what financial aid offers and the scholar’s school expenses.

One of our great Foundation Scholars was accepted into the neuroscience program at Carnegie Mellon!

One of our great Foundation Scholars was accepted into the neuroscience program at Carnegie Mellon!

Three key things happen when you make this pledge:

  1. A DECISION is made either internally at the Jesse Kolber Foundation or between the Foundation and your family (if you so desire) about which scholar your investment will support. Learn who qualifies to be a Jesse Kolber Foundation scholar here.

  2. A COMMITMENT is made by LogicPrep to provide many hours of pro bono college prep advisory and tutoring services to your Jesse Kolber Foundation Scholar. If a qualified scholar enters our program as a high school freshman, this equates to a $30,000 value. Learn more about LogicPrep’s commitment to JKF scholars here.

  3. A DREAM BECOMES A REALITY. Once the supported Jesse Kolber Foundation Scholar enrolls in college, your annual investment will be used to help close the gap between what financial aid offers and what school expenses your Scholar has.

Benefits to the Jesse Kolber Foundation Scholar:

  • The opportunity to even the playing field by eliminating the financial barrier to college test prep & advising services.

  • The support of an adult role model in the LogicPrep team. LogicPrep tutors & advisors not only care about their Scholars’ futures but can commit the time necessary to help. Learn more about LogicPrep’s volunteers here.

  • The ability to meet expenses above and beyond what financial aid pays for. Ie: a computer, flying home for summer break, a winter coat, housing, and more.

Benefits to you & your family:

  • Get involved and connect to others in your own community.

  • Improve life satisfaction by knowing you are helping a student in need who might not have the opportunity to go to college without your support.

  • Show your family how charitable donations make a difference.

  • JKF qualifies for federal income tax exemption as a public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. A copy of the exemption letter is available here.
